User Agreement

• Users shall not create, copy, publish, or disseminate information that violates laws and regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties while using the services provided by daddytemplate. The information includes but is not limited to:
• Inciting resistance to or sabotage the implementation of the Constitution and laws and administrative regulations;
• Inciting the subversion of state power, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, and undermining national unity;
• Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining ethnic solidarity, and damaging the honor and interests of the state;
• Undermining state religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
• Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
• Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, terrorist, or criminal incitement content;
• Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
• Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, parades, demonstrations, and mass disturbances to social order;
• Infringing upon national interests, public interests, and the interests of third parties;
• Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon the legitimate rights of others, such as the right to reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;
• Involving the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
• Other actions that violate the Constitution and laws and administrative regulations.

Users shall bear the legal consequences of any illegal or infringing actions taken while using the services. daddytemplate has the obligation to store, preserve, and submit evidence of such illegal or infringing information to the state or third parties.

Users must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies while using the services and are prohibited from engaging in the following illegal or improper actions: Deleting all copyright information from the services; Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of daddytemplate's services; Modifying or damaging the original state of the services; Engaging in any actions that endanger network security, including but not limited to: Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Unauthorized access to public networks or other operating systems to delete, modify, add, or copy stored information; Unauthorized attempts to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of daddytemplate's service systems or networks or other actions that undermine network security; Intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses and other actions that disrupt normal network information services; Forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names; Implementing the following actions without written consent from daddytemplate: Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, establishing mirror sites, developing derivative products, works, services, plugins, extensions, compatibility, interconnection, etc., related to daddytemplate's services; Modifying or forging instructions, data, or data packets in the operation of the services to add, delete, or change the functions or effects of the services, or disseminating or operating such services through information networks or other means; Selling, renting, lending, disseminating, transferring, or sublicensing the services or related links or profiting from the use of the services or the terms of service without explicit written authorization from daddytemplate; Other actions that are illegal, for illegal purposes, or inconsistent with this agreement in using daddytemplate's services; Other actions prohibited by laws and regulations or without daddytemplate's written authorization.

If users violate the above regulations, daddytemplate has the right to take actions such as terminating, partially or completely suspending, or restricting the use of daddytemplate's services. If the user's actions lead to or cause any claims, demands, or losses asserted by third parties, the user shall bear the responsibility. If this causes losses to daddytemplate, daddytemplate has the right to seek compensation.

Users should comply with national laws, regulations, and policies while using daddytemplate products and services, and bear the legal consequences arising from illegal information, illegal actions, or other infringing actions.

daddytemplate does not undertake the obligation to review the copyright ownership of all images, graphics, or other digital works uploaded by users in the behavior verification product. Users should upload digital works in the behavior verification product only after confirming that they have not infringed upon the copyright of others, otherwise, they shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

Given that the products and services under this agreement are completed based on Internet services, network services include but are not limited to network stability issues, malicious network attacks, and factors that operators cannot control. daddytemplate may change, interrupt, suspend, or terminate daddytemplate behavior verification services. In such cases, daddytemplate is not liable, but will try to inform you in a timely manner through web announcements, system notifications, SMS reminders, and other reasonable means.

The services provided by daddytemplate do not contain any viruses or malicious codes or programs. You are responsible for deploying the relevant service codes. If the risks arise from the devices, deployment environment, or your deployment actions for the website/app you intend to deploy, you shall bear the corresponding risks, and daddytemplate shall not bear any responsibility for such matters.
